Refund & Cancellation Policy
First Trust Logistics aims to provide dependable shipping services. Refunds are handled as follows:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
• A shipment was not processed due to company error
• A package is confirmed lost while in our custody
• Services paid for were not rendered
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Prohibited or seized items
• Customer cancellations after shipment dispatch
• Improper packaging by the customer
Refund Requests
• Requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery or expected delivery date
• Investigation is required before approval

Terms & Conditions
By using First Trust Logistics services, you agree to the following:
Service Use
• Customers are responsible for accurate shipment details and proper packaging
• Prohibited or restricted items are shipped at the customer’s risk
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Liability
• FTL’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or applicable insurance coverage
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Insurance
• Insurance coverage applies only if purchased
• Claims must be filed within the stated claim period
Force Majeure
FTL is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or system outages.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which FedCax Logistics is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
